Scheduling: Entire Tasting Room (includes �e Patio) can be scheduled any day of the week, starting at pm and concluding at pm. You may begin your event earlier, and we will happily close early for you, but an additional rental fee of per part or whole hour will apply. �e Patio may be scheduled any day of the week after pm (we can start earlier with advance notice) and concluding at pm. After pm rental of the entire space is required.

Wine/Beverages: �ere is no minimum wine purchase, however only Margerum wines are permitted on the premises. No outside alcohol is permitted, but non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Wines will be poured either by the glass or as a flight from a list pre-selected before the event. �ere are no case discounts on the wine purchased with the exception of wine club members who will receive their member discount.

Food: Food can only be catered through our approved sources: Wine Cask, C'est Cheese and Rincon Catering. No other outside food is permitted.

Decorations: We offer floral arrangements for your event for an additional charge. Any other decorations are permitted with the approval of the Tasting Room Manager.

Staffing: We will provide staffing for the duration of the event including set up and breakdown.

Security Deposit: We require half of the rental rate to reserve the Tasting Room or �e Patio for your event. You may cancel up to days prior to the event. Cancellations within our -day cancellation policy will result in the loss of your deposit. Full payment is due on the day or evening of the event. We accept all major credit cards.

Gratuity: An automatic gratuity of is included on the full bill.

Late Closure Fee: Due to residences in our proximity, events must conclude by pm. �ere is a fine for any events that do not conclude by pm.
