•  59 percent think alcohol is more dangerous than marijuana. •  19 percent think alcohol

and marijuana are equally dangerous. •  18 percent think

marijuana is more dangerous.

•  58 percent think tobacco is more dangerous than pot •  19 percent think tobacco

& marijuana are equally dangerous •  21 percent think

•  48 percent want to see marijuana legalized. •  But only 36 percent

think that legal marijuana is a “good idea”.

respondents think legal marijuana is a “bad idea”. •  6 percent had no

•  51 percent of residents over 55 oppose legalization, while 43 percent of NJ residents polled support legalization.
