Home Search Program Finding a home or office that meets your needs and expectations is one of the priorities of a successful relocation. A number of suitable properties are pre-screened, based on the budget and personal preferences. The DSC will assist in facilitating short term accommodation in the following manner: •Establish specific requirement of assignee and length of stay in stay .•Source suitable serviced apartments/accommodation (within policy guidelines) •Negotiate terms of the agreement in the best interest of the assignee/ Lessee. •Ensure accommodation is ready for move-in .•Co-ordinate arrival date and collection of key and check in. •Carry out check in if requested.
