Conference Experience•Manage aspects of the student center reservation requests for the

conference.

•Create a menu for the conference and work with appropriate vendors to coordinate meals for the conference.

•Dream up and execute a creative conference experience. This includes stage design, the look of the lounge spaces, and any other components of the overall conference experience.

•Oversee components of the registration and check in process to ensure that the experience of attendees is cohesive from purchasing a ticket to the closing speaker.

•With the support of the conference advisors, build a team of 5-7 students that will work with you to accomplish the goals within your area.

Team Development & Communication•Responsible for designing and coordinating the “full team meetings” with all

conference planning team members

•Come up with new ideas to streamline communication efforts between the conference captains as well as the full conference planning team

•Develop good relationships with local business that can serve as conference sponsors.

•Come up with creative ways to involve conference volunteers. Work with experience captain to identify needs.
