Reliable and extremelysimple to integrate water leak detectionThe ProH2O interface module is compatible with any addressable zone monitor and fire alarm control panel to enhance a conventional system with water leak detection.

The ProH2O interface module houses a low-power circuit which continuously monitors the attached detection cable for leaks and faults along its entire length. The presence of water between the two conductive cores triggers the alarm relay and subsequently the addressable module or fire alarm control panel. A break in the detection cores or power loss to the module will trigger the fault circuit triggering a trouble signal on the addressable module or fire alarm control panel.

ProH2O Module and leak detection cable is ideal for protecting critical equipment against water leaks. Early warning of such leaks can reduce or prevent costly downtime. ProH2O sensor cable can be installed after all other installation work has been completed, for example installation of an air conditioning system. ProH2O non-sensing cable can be used in areas where no detection is required.

INCLUDED AS STANDARD: A 6core cable for termination of power, alarm and fault connections. Simple plug and socket for secure and reliable connection of water leak detection cable.

The ProMinder Advanced Heat System has been developed to provide a heating system with high reliability and built-in fault tolerance and monitoring as well as simplifying installation and maintenance for a range of applications including pipe frost protection.

The system has been designed specifically for the automatic fire sprinkler industry and to meet the requirements of BS EN 12845 section 11.1.2.2.

A range of eight cables provides frost protection for piping from 5m - 150m. The controller allows the heat output to be selected during installation of 10W/m, 15W/m and 20W/m. Automatic turbo heat provides a rapid heat-up and power boost in extreme cold environments.

Both versions can monitor up to two heating circuits where one heating circuit is primary and the secondary circuit is activated in the event of a fault.

The controller checks the integrity of each heating circuit, displays a warning indication and triggers a fault output in the event of a fault on either circuit.

One cable, multiple alarm settingsProReact Analogue is an interface unit and analogue heat

detection cable design to interface between a standard fire

alarm panel or addressable module. The interface unit monitors specially doped polymers within the sensor cable whose resistance change with temperature. An abnormal change in resistance along the analogue heat detection cable triggers either a PREALARM or ALARM on the interface module and corresponding initiating zone on a fire alarm control panel. The unit is intended to be simple and straightforward to install and is commissioned using a built in self-programming module or via a laptop computer. The sensor cable has been designed to be physically and electronically rugged to suit all but the most extreme environments.

Tried and tested linear overheat detectionThe ProReact range of digital linear heat detection cables is designed to trigger a response when a specific temperature is reached. If the temperature surrounding the cable reaches the activation temperature the two cores quickly come into contact and trigger an alarm. These cables are known as ‘digital’ because they are ‘off’ below the activation temperature and irreversibly switch ‘on’ when the activation temperature is reached.

ProReact Alarm Point Distance LocatorThermocable’s Alarm Point Distance Locator is designed exclusively for use with Thermocable’s Digital Linear Heat Detection cables. The APDL-Z1 interfaces between any fire alarm control panel or addressable module and a single zone of Linear Heat Detection cable. An important design feature of the APDL-Z1 is the continued unaltered operation of the fire alarm control panel or addressable module regardless of faults which may occur in the APDL such as loss of power to the unit. The APDL-Z1 is FM approved to Class 3210 and is housed in an IP65 rated enclosure.
