Our system maximizes exposure of a property to the most people, making the most money for

the seller in the least amount of time.

Our objectives are the following:

1. To assist in getting as many qualified buyers as possible into your home until it is sold.

2. To communicate to you, weekly, the results of our activities.

2. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it

your image online where over 90%+ of buyers begin their search.

6. Actively prospect for buyers daily. Our agent team calls buyers, sellers, local agents, and

our sphere of influence for a minimum of 3+ hours daily.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is your listing agreement?

• Our standard listing agreement is six months. That being said we have our “NO RISK

GUARANTEE” which allows you to cancel our agreement at anytime you are unsatisfied

with our services. No Fees!

We are considering another company?

• The reality is, the company doesn’t‘ sell your home, it is the individual agent that you choose. I

am that agent. Compare our track record with other agents.

We are thinking of selling our home “For Sale by Owner”

• Consider this, The National Association of Realtors says, “Homes sold with the help of a real

estate professional have a median sales price 27% higher than those sold FSBO.”

What if we list high and come down later?

• In today’s market most buyers will not even look at a property that is overpriced. You want the

largest number of buyers looking. I’d rather see you list at a price that is right and turn offers

away, than overprice and not get any offers.

I have a friend in the business…

• Everyone knows someone in the real estate business. Do you absolutely want to sell this house,

or do you just want to do your friend a favor? Consider this a business decision.

Another agent said they could get us more money…

• An agent that lists your home overpriced is often afraid to tell you the truth up front or just

wants a listing to cultivate other leads. Buyers are the ones that tell us what they are willing to

pay for a home like yours, not the agent.

What are you going to do to get my home sold?

• As mentioned previously there are two types of agents, passive and active. My team and I are

active agents. This means when you list your home with me, I’ll spend my time actively and

aggressively marketing your home to the public and to other agents in the community. Please

read our marketing plan in its entirety.

Another agent said they could do it for less…

• That’s a valid concern. Something to seriously consider: Do you want to be at a clear

disadvantage when marketing your home? We have to market to two people; the agents and

the buyers. We will aggressively market to both.
