• StayGreen Company always puts a high attention the community and especially the natural environment. Our company encourages every act that benefits for the society as well as the surrounding environment from employees.

• Request charitable donation: StayGreen Company will donate 5% of profit every year to the people who are affected by the climate change. In addition, company encourages our customers and employees donate money for a charity called “Hope” to prevent the deforestation in Vietnam.

• Donate products and services: StayGreen Company is planning a program to give our products (backpack) to the students in the central of Vietnam in August.

• Mentoring Program: Cooperate with the government to help the people who lives depend on damaging the forest and hunting animals have a chance to change their job by offer a mentoring or job skills training program. Besides, we will try to help the children lives in areas surround the National parks have more chances to go to schools (scholarships).

Natural EnvironmentQUESITION: What specific steps do our business to take help protect the natural environment?

The Chief Executive realizes the importance of mangrove forest for the stability growth of Ho Chi Minh City. Every year, our employees and the Board Managers will grow more than 10000 mangroves in Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City. Our company welcomes all collaboration from other Organizations to make our city more green and healthy. More than that, StayGreen Company always encourages and support new ideas to reduce trashes and pollutions.

Job Rotation• Instead of locking workers into a single job category with a specific

Job rotation is seen as a good way to motivate employees, improve their skills and the most important is hold onto them. Also we established clear guidelines with each internal department so employees know what the rotation will entail.

Cross Training• Cross training is training an employee to do a different part of the

organization's work. Training worker A to do the task that worker B does and training B to do A's task. However, these tasks should be related to each other. For example, Cashiers can be trained to stock shelves and stockers trained to cashier.

• This program is good for managers because it provides the working flexibility in managing the employees to get the job done.

• However, cross training is good for the employees too. It lets them learn new skills, makes them more valuable, and can compete with others.
