What is a Marketing Portal?
• A Marketing Portal is a user friendly way to customize C2G marketing materials with your logo and contact information.
• The Marketing Portal is available 24/7/365. No matter where you are, as long as you have access to an internet connection, you can access the Marketing Portal.
• Through the Marketing Portal, you have the capability to download and save a co-branded document or print it through our printing partner.
When will the Marketing Portal be available?
• The Marketing Portal will launch Tuesday, June 19, 2012
• In order to access the site, please log on to your C2G Reseller page OR go to marketing.cablestogo.com/internal

Login:
• Enter User Name and Password.
• If you forget your login information, click “Forget My Password” and provide your User Id (email address).
• Your password will be emailed to you.
• First time users must register.
Getting Started: Register for an account
Registration: Page 1
• Enter in all necessary information for your account. (Asterisk fields are required.)
• When completed, click Submit Registration
Registration: Page 2
• Notice that your Name, Password and Security Question information have carried over.
• Complete the fields, as they will auto fill customizable materials.
• Save and Continue
Home Tab: Welcome
• Login is automatic after registering.
• Welcome to C2G’s Marketing Portal!
• To confirm/edit your information and create address books, click My Profile.
My Profile: Editing your information
• Edit your password, security question or information.
• Click Apply Changes to save your edits.
My Profile: Default Address Book
• Click Address Book to add default Shipping and Billing addresses.
• Or edit your defaults in the future.
My Profile: Add Address Book
• Click Add New to add a default Shipping or Billing address.*
*Billing address MUST match the address on the credit card used to make the payment.
My Profile: Add New Address
• Complete the fields.
• Description is the location identifier.
• Choose the appropriate check box for your entry.*
• Save and Apply.
*Billing address MUST match the address for the credit card payment.
My Profile: View/Edit Default Address Book
• Click the Description (Office) to edit.
• Add another address by clicking Add New
• Close or “X” to exit
My Profile: View or Edit
• To exit, click Save and Continue.• Edit Information in field, click
Apply Changes, then click Save and Continue.
• Edit Address Book by clicking Address Book.
Catalog Tab:
• Click the Catalog Tab to view the co-branded materials.
• The Catalog will continue to grow.
• If you can not find an item you are looking for, please contact a C2G rep.

• The most requested co-branded materials are available now.
• The Catalog will continue to grow.
• If you can not find an item you are looking for, please contact a C2G rep.
Catalog Tab: Co-Branded Materials
• Personalize your desired product by clicking Personalize.
Catalog Tab: Personalize an Item
• Your “My Profile” information populates the fields.
• Choose your logo
• Click the green Refresh button after editing the form to view a real-time proof.*
*This is a VERY important step. What you view here is the final proof and will be printed as it appears, once placed in your shopping cart.
Catalog Tab: Proof
• After clicking Refresh, you will view a proof of your personalized marketing material.
• Once your approve your proof, select your quantity to order and click Add to Cart.
Shopping Cart Tab: Checkout/Save Cart
• When you have added all the items you need to the cart, click Checkout to continue placing your order.
• Save selected items to your cart for future order convenience.• Select the items you want saved by checking the box to the left of the
item in your cart, then click Save Cart.
• Assign your Saved Shopping List a reference name.
• Then click Assign List.
Shopping Cart Tab: Save Cart
• In the Saved Tab, select the file name you assigned to your Saved Cart.
• Select the items you want to reorder, then Add Selected to Cart.
• To view or edit your saved item, click on the blue item name.
• To return to the Shopping cart from Viewing your product, click on Shopping Cart at the top of the page.
Checkout: Shipping Address
• Select Existing Shipping Address
• OR click Use New Address and complete fields to ship to a new address.
• Continue to proceed.
Checkout: Billing Address
• Select your Billing Address: Existing, Shipping or New.*
• Complete fields, if necessary.
• Continue to proceed.
*Your Billing Address MUST match the payment Credit Card.
Checkout: Confirm Order & Payment
• Confirm/Edit your order information
• Enter payment information and Complete Order.
Order Complete:
• You will receive an email Order Confirmation once you place your order
• You will also receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Order Manager Tab:
• You can go here to check the status of your orders.
Search:
• Enter a keyword to search, and press Enter.• All items containing that word will appear.
Search Keyword: HDMI
