Immersion Days SummaryThe BrandEra team conducted interviews with internal staff including program managers representing job seekers, youth, veterans, child care, persons with disabilities, business services and the executive director. Here is what we found:
• Shared belief that external stakeholders do not fully understand the organization, all of the departments and initiatives and frequently mistake the Workforce Centers for the Texas Workforce Commission.
• Corporate culture of the organization fosters loyalty and tenure. • Board personnel are well-versed in the program specifics and managing compliance; however, this
intense focus sometimes results in cumbersome language that is not familiar to the business community at large.
• Overarching desire for increased focus on marketing ad outreach efforts.
