MContribution & preparation
– Contributors make sure their inputs get copied to MMA.
– MMA distributes all inputs received and most recent version of the mobile ad guidelines (“meeting pack”) to all Committee members minimum five working days in advance of editing meetings/calls.
– Late input submissions may not be treated in the respective editing meeting.
– Meeting minutes are distributed within one week after the meeting including a version containing all changes and amendments agreed during the meeting.
Logistics & invitation– F2F (call) editing meeting dates and agenda
are communicated with minimum six (four) weeks notice.
– Meeting times accommodate EMEA and NA “stretched” working hours. Once APAC members participate regularly, night times will be suffered in turn.
– Members are asked to volunteer hosting F2F meetings. MMA endeavours hosting meetings in their own premises or alongside MMA events where practical.
– MMA/host facilitates in-meeting communication using voice conferencing. MMA facilitates electronic document sharing (e.g. webex, Google Apps).
