PLANET EARTH.A mostly useless hunk of rock in a small and otherwise unremarkablesolarsystem. Inhabited by w orthless humans, while self-proclaimedheroes offera meagerdefense against petty, small-minded villainswith unimaginative schemes and ambitions.

Still, it is a planet not entirely without potential. With theproperadjustments this could be a planet w orth ruling.

And heaven help anyone who gets in my way hero orvillain.

EQUIPM ENTYourcharacters can be equipped with these cards to gain new abilities orincrease the abilities and statistics they already possess. Like charactercards, equipment cards are recruited by paying a number of resource points equal totheirrecruit cost.

    PLOT TWISTS

Plot twists are situations that affect the characters in the game or the state ofthe game in general. You can play plot twists from your hand or from yourresource row (when they are face-down). In order to play a plot tw ist, youmust have a number of resources in play that is equal to or greater than thecards threshold cost. Playing plot twists doesntcost you any resource points. You can play a plot twist whenever you have priority (it is your turn to dosomething).

When you play a plot tw ist from your hand, it is placed in your KOd pile whenit resolves. When you play one from yourresource row, it remains there,face-up, and still counts as a resource.

Ongoing plot tw ists have continuing effects as long as they remain face-upin yourresource row. The effects of face-up plot twists that are notongoing are ignored after they resolve.
