PICKUP – GOODS AND MATERIALS:
The pickup of goods has to be done until Monday, 24.06.2019 until 16:00 h. After that they will be
temporarily stored in the warehouse of the shipping company SCHENKER and have to be picked up from
there - storage costs are calculated!
EXHIBITORS - PASSES
- Passes can be picked up before the beginning of the expo in the expo office (in the hall upstairs)
from Wednesday, 19.06.2019 / 10:00 until Thursday, 20.06.2019 / 19:00.
- The passes are issued blank, so that a previous registration is not necessary.
- The number is allocated according to the stand space:
For the first 10m2 -> 4 pieces… for all other 10m2 -> 2 pieces each
For example: 24m2 -> 4 + 2 + 2 = 8 pcs
- Additional tickets can be purchased at pre-sale price in the expo office:

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & SAFETY
- no carton or inflammable packaging can be located or stored at the stand
- the material of your own stand construction or furniture must follow the general fire protection
regulations and the statics guidelines with valid certificates in German or English language. For details see
"Technical Guidelines ARENA BERLIN Pos. 9 & 8"
- Stand construction maximum height of 4.5m.
WAREHOUSE
Warehouse 1 - side hall (opposite exit gate 10): for pallets and packaging containers.
-> No open paper goods or carton, these need to be packed in containers.
-> Only accessible and guarded during build up and dismantling.
Warehouse 2 - exhibition hall (foyer 1 + foyer 2): for necessary materials during the expo.
-> Store as little as possible, as the areas are limited!
-> Accessible throughout the duration of the expo and guarded.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Access to the stand requires full payment of the invoice
- The stand must be occupied during the entire opening hours of the expo.
- Early dismantling of the stand (before the expo is closed) is not allowed.
- For daily waste disposal, the waste must be provided in bags in the hallway.
- An ATM will be set up in front of the main entrance.
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- The nearest supermarket is in the "Park Center Treptow" -> just 10 minutes walk away.
FORBIDDEN
- Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the entire expo grounds.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the hall.
- Playing your own music on the stand is not allowed.
- Acoustic advertising materials are allowed if they don’t bother the neighbors and don’t drown out the
speaking system of the expo hall (guideline: 65dB at a distance of 1m).
- The distribution of advertising material outside your own stand is not permitted without permission.
- The exhibition or sale of illegal substances is not allowed.

Until 31.05.2019 you can order furniture and extras -> afterwards a late surcharge will be calculated!
