Position Description: Provides focus and leadership in areas of family ministries. Develops, coordinates, and supervises family ministry events to connect individuals and families with others and to build and improve the sense of community.

Position Description: The local Missions elder is a global mission strategist – a mission leader who looks for opportunities to connect with our local church with God’s global mission and who leads a team (the NMI council) to make that potential a reality.

3. Senior Ministries Elder Position Description: Oversees and cares for the spiritual well-being of the senior community within MCN. This involves directly ministering to the elderly within the congregation and by directing others to lead Prime Timer, Shut In, and other ministries.
