doctor before using this product. Individuals with pacemakers should consult a doctor before use. Never leave the appliance unattended, especially if children

are present. Never cover the appliance when it is in operation. Do not use this product for more than 15 minutes at a time. Extensive use could lead to the products excessive heating

and shorter life. Should this occur, discontinue use and allowthe unit to cool before operating.

Never use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas orskin eruptions.

This product is a non-professional appliance designed toprovide soothing massage to worn muscles. Do not use thisproduct as a substitute for medical attention.

Do not use this product before bed. The massage has astimulating effect and can delay sleep.

This product should never be used by any individual sufferingfrom any physical ailment that would limit the users capacity tooperate the controls or who has sensory deficiencies in thelower half of their body.

This unit should not be used by children or invalids withoutadult supervision.

Instructions for UsePlug adapter into a 120 volt AC outlet and plug the receptacle endinto the input jack, located along the side of the mat. For optimumcomfort, we recommend that you use your mat massager on softsurfaces only.

MaintenanceTo FoldThis massage mat incorporates a unique strapping system thatallows you to fold the unit for storage and transportation. Thismassage mat incorporates a folding method similar to anaccordion (see Diagram A-D). Fold the top portion inward so theheat seal pattern is always facing up. Repeat this method. Youcan also roll up the mat for storage. Then pull the elastic strap,sewn into the mat, around the unit.To StorePlace massager in its box or a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contactwith sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncturethe fabric surface. To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cordaround the unit. Do not hang the unit by the controller cord.To CleanUnplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean onlywith a soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water or any otherliquid to come into contact with the unit. Do not immerse in any liquid to clean. Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene,

glass/furniture polish or paint thinner to clean. Do not attempt to repair the massager. There are no user

serviceable parts. For service, send the unit to the HoMedicsaddress listed in the warranty section.

Please Note:For your safety, thisproduct is equippedwith a pressureactivated switch to control the heatfunction. MantenimientoPara enrollarEste almohadn masajeador est equipado con un sistema nicode correas que permite plegar la unidad para guardarla otransportarla. Este almohadn masajeador tiene un sistema dedoblarse parecido a un acorden (ver Diagrama A-D). Doble haciaadentro la porcin superior de manera que el patrn de sello delcalor quede siempre mirando hacia arriba. Repita este mtodo.Luego hale la correa elstica, cocida en el almohadn, alrededorde la unidad. Para guardarColoque el masajeador en su caja o en un lugar seguro, seco yfresco. Evite el contacto con bordes filosos u objetos punzantesque puedan cortar o perforar la superficie de la tela. Para evitarque se quiebre, no enrolle el cable alrededor de la unidad. Ustedpuede tambin enrollar el almohadn para guardarlo. No cuelguela unidad del cable del control.

Para limpiarDesenchufe y permita que se enfre antes de limpiar. Limpienicamente con un pao suave, apenas hmedo. Nunca permitaque el agua o cualquier otro lquido entre en contacto con la unidad. No lo sumerja en ningn lquido para limpiarlo. No use nunca limpiadores abrasivos, cepillos, gasolina,

querosn, limpiador de vidrios o lustramuebles o diluyente depintura para limpiar el masajeador.
