52.98%  of  agents  listed  have  completed  five  or  less  transac<ons  thus  far  in  2014.  Over  1  in  2  agents  are  closing  only  1  transac<on  every  2  months.  

87.66%  of  agents  in  this  study  completed  fiXeen  or  less  deals  in  the  first  10  months  of  2014.  That’s  almost  9  of  10  of  these  agents!  

76.25%  of  agents  in  this  study  completed  ten  or  less  deals  in  the  first  10  months  of  2014.  3  of  4  agents  we've  compiled  are  comple<ng  1  deal  or  less  a  month.

Now  let's  take  a  look  at  overall  sales  volume...      

32.1%  of  agents  have  done  $1,000,000  or  less  in  sales  volume  thus  far  in  2014.  This  translates  to  that  agent  selling  less  than  $1,000,000.  

61.32%  of  agents  in  this  study  accounted  for  $2,500,000  or  less  in  sales  volume  thus  far  in  2014.  That's  over  3  in  5  agents  comple<ng  less  than  $2,500,000  in  sales.  

82.48%  of  agents  accounted  for  $5,000,000  or  less  thus  far  in  2014.

These  numbers  only  account  for  agents  who  have  figured  into  a  transac<on  in  2014.  How  many  agents  in  the  state  do  you  think  are  ac<vely  licensed  and  haven't  done  a  transac<on  yet  this  year?  The  answer  is  thousands.  

94.10%  of  agents  account  for  $10,000,000  or  less  thus  far  in  2014.  This  means  that  only  5.9%  of  the  ac<ve  agents  we  compiled  statewide  accounted  for  over  $10,000,000  in  sales.
