Industrial ManagementIndustrial Management is a discipline derived from Industrial Engineering focusing on the strategic processes. For this, especially leadership skills as well as strategic planning methods are needed.
Advanced Industrial ManagementAdvanced Industrial Management is an interdisciplinary field of planning and improving complex sociotechnical systems. It covers all fields of Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management that draws upon leadership skills and methodical expertise. Beyond this, digital planning tools and state-of-the-art methods complete the Advanced Industrial Management.
