FACILITATORSAnna Chabbat is a principal at Mercer and is the Malaysia talent information services business leader.

Before joining the Malaysian team as an international consultant, Anna was leading the Africa and Middle East Compensation and Benefits Forum. In this role, and in close partnership with multinationals, she developed compensation surveys and the Mercer database encompassing more than 25 countries in the African and Middle Eastern regions.

In this role, Anna led training related to compensation surveys, methodologies, and grading structures. She was in charge of developing and maintaining relationships with Mercer partners in African and Middle Eastern countries.

Anna joined Mercer in 2001 to oversee development of compensation surveys in France. In this role, she tailored compensation surveys for clients and developed standard multi-sector compensation surveys. She was also responsible for multinational project remuneration and in charge of the Mercer job evaluation methodology, including implementation for international organizations, global projects and leadership training.

Prior to joining Mercer, Anna worked for four years in Asia, specializing in compensation and benefits in the Asia Pacific region for a French multinational company. Anna holds master’s degrees in business law and human resource management from Paris- Dauphine University.
