Joanne Owens is the Operating Principal and co-owner of Keller Williams On the Water, the founder and Team Owner of TeamWorks, and a proud member of the Keller Williams Family.

Joanne has assembled a team of twelve focused indi-viduals in TeamWorks, her real estate practice, including buyer spe-cialists, marketing managers, listing managers and lead/technology specialists. The team is a multi-million dollar producer and has many contacts in land development as well as residential real estate and is currently focused on Luxury REO and waterfront homes.

Joanne's marketing and financial background is just one of the rea-sons she is such an asset. She packs a one two punch with her com-prehensive knowledge of the Manatee County and Sarasota areas and her superior business acumen. She has put these skills together to become an expert at assembling pertinent information for her team’s clients and the many agents she works and consults with. Jo, as her clients and associates call her, has won numerous national and international awards for her marketing skills. Her favorite component of her busy life is to help people achieve their dreams. Jo is an active and involved member of the community with the belief that giving back is critical.
