•Eggs - 2 (large)•Flour - 1 cup•Sugar - 2⁄3 cup•Butter - 1⁄2 cup•Teaologists Matcha green tea powder - 1 tbsp•Baking powder - 1⁄2 tsp
How to make Matcha Pound Cake
•Take a bowl add butter and sugar.•Mix it thoroughly.•Add beaten eggs and stir well.•Sift flour, baking powder, and Teaologists matcha green tea powder together and add the flour to the egg mixture.
•Now pour the batter in a buttered loaf pan.
•Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F.
•Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
•Let it cool before you slice the matcha cake and serve.
