system commits each employee to comply with all applicable legal

ensures the sustainability of this policy as part of its annual business planning

and review process and the line organization has functional ownership in

order to drive employee involvement at all levels toward the achievement of

documented, clearly defined and measurable goals and objectives. This policy

is shared with employees, the public, our vendors and customers.

Materion AMTS is an ISO 14001 certified corporation. The

ISO 14001 standards are designed to assist companies in

reducing negative impacts on the environment. It is used as

a framework to assist in developing effective environmental

management systems.

As part of the ISO 14001 certification, we are required to

ALL visitors and contractors are required to follow the COVID mitigation strategies implemented to flatten the curve. Strategies may include:

► Temperature Measurement

► Virus Symptoms assessment

▪ Visitors must be at least 18 years of age to work on the plant site.

▪ Visitors will be permitted inside the plant from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

▪ Exceptions must go through your Materion Site Contact.

Visitor Parking

▪ Reserved parking is set aside for visitors. These spots directly in front of the main building.

Security

▪ Once you have entered the building, you will be asked to register with Security.

▪ Please be prepared to supply the security officers with your drivers license or passport.

▪ Please be advised that the security staff is required to complete a federal background check of all employees who will be entering the facility.

Smoking

▪ Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area only, see your Materion Site Contact for the location.

Security – Leaving the Facility

▪ All visitors and contractors will be required to exit through our security exit station. All metal items need to be passed through our X-Ray machine for inspection prior to leaving the facility.

PLANT EMERGENCY

▪ Area evacuations are communicated over our two way radio system.

As information is gathered, an announcement with more information

about the area being evacuated will be given.

▪ The emergency rally point has been designated as the area directly in

front of the warehouse. Please consult your Materion Site Contact for

guidance.

▪ In the event of an emergency evacuation, please feel free to exit out of

any door. Please meet your Materion Site Contact in the front of the

warehouse. Please DO NOT go to your vehicle or leave the property.

Ensure you understand what

personal protective equipment (PPE)

is required for your visit. This

information can be obtained from

your Materion Site Contact. Typical

PPE that is required for most of our

sites are safety shoes, safety glasses

with side shields, hearing and hand

protection.

Cell Phones , Cameras and Laptop Computers

▪Cell Phones, Cameras and Laptop Computers are not permitted in the

manufacturing area. You will be asked to return these items to your

vehicle.

Prohibited items manufacturing area

▪Any jewelry, coins, or office supplies that contain metal or

miscellaneous items that contain metal shall be removed prior to

entering the manufacturing area. The only exception is clothing that

contains metal that cannot be removed.

▪ Visitor/Contractor shall remain with their escort at all times inside the

manufacturing area. Exception: Extended Contractor with verified

background check and adherence to the metal free clothing.

▪ Visitor/Contractor shall display their badge on their outer most garment at

all times while on company property.

▪ Visitor/Contractor shall be processed through the security checkpoint

when exiting the manufacturing area.

▪ Any prohibited items that are found on the visitor/contractor when exiting

will not be allowed past the security checkpoint.

▪ Contractor shall only bring in specific tools needed for the job while in the

manufacturing area.

▪ Visitor/Contractor shall return the visitors badge when exiting security.
