Matki Swadling’s thermostatic mixer* gives a greatly

improved flow rate together with an even better

thermostatic performance.

All Matki Swadling mixers now have a thermostatic

performance which will meet the most exacting standards

specified anywhere in the world.

This means no scalding, accurate temperature control,

and high flow rates. All Matki Swadling mixers will run

efficiently on gravity systems, down to 0.1 BAR (1m head),

pumped systems, unvented high pressure systems (up to

5 BAR) and combination boilers. No modifications

are required.

All mixers marked with the TMV2 logo are WRc listed and tested and approved to the TMV2 Scheme.

96 INSTALLATION

We recommend 22mm pipework from dedicated supplies into 1/2" or

3/4" BSP mixer parts. All plumbing installations should be carried out

in accordance with Water Regulations / Bylaws. Matki and Swadling

shower mixers exceed EU Standards and are tested prior to packing.

Matki and Swadling thermostatic mixers include integral non-return

valves.

GUAR ANTEE

Matki Swadling and Brassware products are covered by a 5-year

guarantee against parts failure, with the initial 2-year period also

having labour cost cover. Gold and Nickel-plated parts and Teak

decking are guaranteed for the initial 2-year period only.

QUALIT Y CONTROL

Matki and Swadling products are produced in accordance with BS EN

ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance System.

SPECIAL FINISHES

Selected Matki and Swadling products can be produced in Brushed

Nickel (supplement 20%), Polished Nickel and Antique Gold

(supplement 15%).

OPER ATING + SAFET Y

Matki and Swadling thermostatic mixers continually and automatically

adjust the temperature of the mixed water giving a constant

pleasurable and safe shower. An internal preset maximum

temperature control prevents scalding.

LOW MAINTENANCE

Matki and Swadling shower mixers have been carefully designed for

low and easy maintenance.

UNDER PRESSURE

Throughout this brochure, each product is shown with our

recommendation for different water systems.

GRAVITY:

Will give adequate shower pressure with 0.1 BAR

(1m Head) pressure, dependant on accessories added.

PUMPED:

Will give good performance with a pumped

gravity system.

UNVENTED:

Will give good performance with unvented

main pressure system.

COMBI:

Will give good performance with combination

boiler and mains cold water system.

OPTIONAL FEATURE:

For higher pressure systems we include an optional 11 litres

per minute flow regulator, which will give a more than

adequate shower and save water. 9 litres per minute flow

regulators are also available on request.
