Supplier Enrolment Guide
Matrix SCM is a Services Procurement
Technology company, managing spends in a
number of services. As a company, whilst
still delivering services in the Contingent
Resourcing Market, they also work in the
categories of Consultancy/ Projects and Care.
Matrix SCM provide their clients with a
sophisticated web‐based technology
platform that streamlines and automates the
transaction between the end user and the
supplier when purchasing complex services.
This is completed by following eleven distinct
steps:

Step 1
Accreditation and Enrolment Explained
As a potential supplier to any Matrix SCM clients, you will be required to complete the standard
Accreditation and Enrolment process. As part of the Accreditation and Enrolment process, you will
be required to answer questions and provide documentation in order to supply services.
This manual will show you a step by step guide to register your interest for approval. As already
mentioned, there are two main steps to be fully accepted to ensure your company meets the
necessary terms and conditions:
Stage 1 ‐ Registration
Stage 2 – Accreditation (Pre Qualification Questionnaire for your company)
Stage 3 ‐ Enrolment (Invitation To Tender for each branch/location)
Every time you have submitted your Accreditation or Enrolment, you will receive email notifications
upon approval or rejection.

Complete the basic
information
regarding your
company

you select “Finish” you will
receive an email with your
login details.
You will then be asked to
login in which will take you
to the below page

You are now in your company page. Select
Actions > New Accreditation to register with a
Client. You can also add additional
locations/braches, users and bank details in
the “admin” section on the right hand side.

There will be a number of Questions you need to answer. Please ensure you download any
documents in the “Downloadable Templates” section. Complete and sign the documents and save
on your computer and upload in your updated saved documents in the “Documents” section.

Once you have completed the form and if everything is ticked in the draft progress section you will
be able to select “Actions” and “Submit”. This will be sent for approval and you will be notified of
your progress via the email address you provided

Stage 3 – Enrolment
Step 1
Once your Accreditation has been approved you
will be notified via the email address you
provided in your registration. You can now
submit your Enrolment. Log into SProc.net and
go to your company’s profile located in Admin >
My Company.
Select the magnifying glass next to the Accreditation field and then select ‘Find’ the
Accreditation you have created

Now choose the service
categories you would
like to supply too by
clicking the arrow next
to your choice. Should
you wish to add
additional company
branches/locations
please refer to page 10
There will be a number

Once this is completed, select Actions > Submit. This will now be sent for approval. Once
approved, you will receive email notification.
You will now be an active supplier and begin to receive email notifications of any
Requirements that are submitted by your clients. Should you wish to review your company’s
profile, you can find its location in Admin > My Company

Creating New Company
Branches/Locations
Should your company have more than one
branch you must ensure each location is set up
on the system. Each branch/location will have
to have a new Enrolment process. Please note
only Stage 3 is required to be repeated per
branch/location.
Complete the details of the branch
you would like to set up. Once you
have set up a new location you
must ensure you set up a new
‘Enrolment’ on the system. Please
refer to page regarding setting up
an ‘Enrolment’.

Creating and Managing Users
Should you have any colleagues that require access to SProc.net go to Admin > My Company >
Users.
This will display the list of all your company’s users. Select ‘New’ to create new users

Complete the user’s details. If you want this user to be sent their login information please ensure
their correct email address is entered and the ‘Send Password’ box is selected.
In the drop down menu for ‘User Role’, there are several roles a user can have. Below is a brief
explanation of each role;
Administrators ‐ Full Access to view and action all company data including all
branches/locations
Assignees – Only applicable for companies that supplier Contingent Resourcing/Temporary
staff. If you need to create new candidates/workers please ensure they are ‘Assignees’
Executives ‐ Can view all company data but cannot action or edit information
Finance ‐ Full access to company financial data
Managers ‐ Can only access their branch/locations transactions but have additional
functionality regarding reporting
Users ‐ Standard users who only have access to their transactions in their branch/location
