is achieved with DuraSeam™, which is a

Advantages of Maxim™ Doors

Maxim doors are available in 20,

45, 60, and 90 minute fire label for

structures requiring a fire rated

door. Trinity Innovations, as an

option, will also machine the doors

for hinges, lockset, and deadbolts

on request.

Maxim doors are all seamless with

no stile and rail separation

possible. Every door carries a

limited lifetime warranty.

Seamless construction eliminates

joint bleed through after the final

finish coat is applied. This is a

major advantage over traditional

stile and rail doors.

Wood Edge

A solid poplar wood edge insert is

an option for extra holding power

when installing the hardware. All

Doors with wood edges must be

pre-drilled prior to installation.

Double wood edges are also offered

for all doors.

Trimming

Trim only the bottom edge. All

Maxim doors have a chamfered

edge when leaving the factory.

Trimming in excess of more than

1” voids the warranty. To re-

chamfer door edges use 150 grit

sandpaper and sanding block.

Storage

Do not lean a Maxim door against

a wall unless it is pre-hung. Doors

must be stored flat with minimum

of three supports under 6’8” door or

four supports for 7’ and 8’ doors.

This applies to job site or ware-

house storage. If a door warps, it

usually can be corrected by laying

a flat surface with the bowed side

down for 24-48 hours. Warp of 1/4”

or less on a 6’8” door and 3/8” or

less on a 7’0” and 8’0” door is not

consider a defect

The following warranty applies to all products sold under the Trinity Innovation and Maxim brands. This warranty

is IN LIEU OF any warranty, express or implied but not limited to, any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY

or fitness for a particular purpose.

Maxim Door Limited Warranty

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described herein, Maxim Door warrants to the original purchaser of a

Maxim door that the Product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is for the life of

the product and becomes effective on the date of the initial installation of the product. This warranty shall expire

and become null and void upon the sale or transfer of the product to anyone other than the original purchaser.

Limitations on the warranty

The warranty does not cover: (a) exterior installations, (b) normal wear and tear, (c) damage resulting from abuse,

neglect, misuse, or as a result of any Accident or act of God; (d) improper installation or maintenance, including, but

not limited to damage resulting from bowing or nonalignment in the frame or jam in which the door is hung; (e) any

product that is purchased from the manufacturer without the factory prime coat; (f) any Product that is over three-

feet (3’) in width and/or eight-feet (8’) in height; (g) warp not exceeding ¼” in the plane of the door itself for doors

three-feet (3’) X eight-feet (8’) or smaller; (h) damage due to trimming more than one-inch (1”) total of the Product;

(i) damage resulting from the failure to seal all six (6) sides of the Product with an acceptable finish topcoat (s), im-

mediately after fitting and hanging; (j) damage resulting from the failure to maintain the finished topcoat (s) on all

six (6) sides of the Product; (k) variations or unsatisfactory results in gloss level, texture or appearance resulting

from the field application of paint or other finishing material; (l) cost of labor, installation removal or finishing of the

replacement door panel; (m) products altered without Maxim Door’s prior written consent; or (n) doors shipped out-

side of the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska or Canada. Limitation of Remedies

The purchaser’s exclusive remedy against Trinity Innovations shall be for the repair or replacement of the Product

or, at Trinity Innovations exclusive option, refund of the purchase price. No other remedy (including but limited to,

incidental damages or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or any other

incidental or consequential loss, whether arising out of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort or otherwise)

shall be available to the purchaser.

Trinity Innovations reserves the right to have a Trinity Innovations representative field inspect the Product within

(30) days of receipt of a claim. Any returned product that is replaced or refunded is and shall be the property of

Trinity Innovations.

Obligation of Purchaser

Claims under this warranty must be made in writing, with proof of purchase and prior to any repair work, to:
