Here, you can find services that are covered under your Northwell Health Employee Plan as Tier 1 in the Clinical Integration Network IPA, LLC (CIIPA), also known as in-system. Accessing providers in Tier 1 assures you will reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
Please check the table of contents on the next page to see what services are covered by our Employee Plan. Locations and contact information are also included for the listed facilities.
How to Find a Tier 1 (In- System) Provider on the CIIPA Website: Look up a provider using the CIIPA website at http://ciipa.northwell.edu. Once you have arrived at the CIIPA website, click Provider search in the top right corner for a quick search. Enter the name or NPI of the physician, and click Enter or the search icon.

For more search options, you can customize your search on the results page. You will then have the option to search for a healthcare provider by name, or by category, specialty, and location. It is important when searching for a provider by Specialty type that you enter the provider category and the provider sub-specialty under Select a Specialty. This assures you will find the provider with the clinical expertise you need. You can view the results by list view or by map view.
