2. MDM - Android Enrollment Procedures

• 3 SMS is sent to end user to activate Basic MDM • The Maxis MOB customer will receive three SMS: • Agent Download • Enrollment URL • Enrollment Pin

• Click on the SMS link i.e. Agent Download, to be directed to Google Play Store • Install the free “Worx Home by Citrix” application on your Android device

2. MDM - Android Enrollment Procedures

• Upon successful installation of “Work Home by Citrix”, click on the enrollment link. It will redirect you to Work Home

• Enter the Enrollment Pin you have received from the SMS

• Select “Activate” to initialize MDM

• Enrollment process will take a while to initialize

• With passcode policy enable, non-passcode enable phone will prompt to enable the passcode. • Select Pin which will take you to the next screen

• Enter the 4 numeric (screen-lock) password to enable passcode

• Re-enter the 4 numeric (screen-lock) you key in previously

• Once you successfully have enable the passcode. You will be redirected back to the main screen • A small green icon enable on the top left hand side of the device • An enrollment con�rmation via SMS will be sent to you once you have completed the enrollment process.
