Easily transported and quickly installed on any existingrod-pumped well, the MaxiStroke™ pays benefits with everystroke. The MaxiStroke™ real-time adjustable, ultra-long,variable-speed stroke self-adjusts to dynamic fluid levels in thewell to optimize well performance. The integrated pump-offcontroller software automatically senses downhole conditionsand changing load levels, and then adjusts unitspeed to maintain optimum fluid levels.
Lower operating costsOperating costs are reduced from dayone starting with installation. Perfect forwellsites in built-up or environmentallysensitive areas, the MaxiStroke™ smallfootprint requires no large cement pad,andmost MaxiStroke™ units can betransported to your site on a standardflatbed truck. For remote sites, theMaxiStroke™ is air-transportable.
MaxiStroke™ extra long and long-stroke benefits includereduced rod fatigue as well as rod and tubing wear, which paysoff in fewer interventions and associated downtime. Features that deliver efficiency and reliability
Elegant design – The single-acting hydraulic ram hasfield-replaceable rod seals. A drain port to the
reservoir prevents external oil leakage and alerts field
crews when the packing requires service. The only
hydraulic connection to the ram is a single
high-pressure flexible hose. The ram is easily lowered
and the unit set back for workover operations.
Precise control, versatile and efficient – Each unitis equipped with a microprocessor controller to
monitor polished rod load and position, and to adjust
the speed for optimized well performance. The
easy-to-use controller interface allows field crews to
set or change parameters while the unit is running.
