The mailbox services provided are beyond what their competition can offer. In addition to being able to receive mail from the U.S. Postal Service, mailbox customers can receive packages from UPS or FedEx. These customers can have a key to the outside door and 24 hour access to their mailbox if they wish.
They offer print services, using two high speed black & white copiers and a high speed color copier. These can produce copies in color or black & white up to 11” x 17” and banners that are 1’ x 4’ in full color. Their wide format color printer is capable of printing up to almost four feet wide posters and banners in high resolution color graphics. Because this printer feeds from roll stock, the banner or poster length is virtually unlimited. Copies can be reproduced from printed material or received via email.
They also provide packing services. With over sixty box sizes in stock, they can pack anything you wish to ship. They can give an estimate over the phone for the packing and/or shipping cost. Their “Pack & Ship Promise” means if they pack & ship a package and the items shipped get lost or damaged, your packing charges, shipping charges, and the declared value of the items will be refunded. If you pack the items and they get damaged, your claim may not be fully reimbursed if the items are not protected sufficiently.
People seem to think of The UPS Store as a place to drop off a package for shipment. Many people, if not most, don’t understand that The UPS Store does so much more than just shipping… When you walk into “The UPS Store” at the corner of McCain and North Hills Boulevard in North Little Rock, the first thing that you see is customer mailboxes.
Welcome to The UPS Store Where We can PACK and SHIP and a Whole LOT More!

Ribbon Cutting…. Arkansas Garden Center
The Chamber held its first Business After Hours of the year on March 29. Ann Russell and John Jenkins with Bank of the Ozarks grilled brats, and Bunker's Bistro hosted the event and served up their delicious bean dip and salsa and chips. Wayne Smith and Dr. Randy Campbell were the star shooters!
We had a ribbon cutting at Arkansas Gardens and Landscape on Friday, April 20, to kick off their Open House. Owner George Collins and his staff invited us to help them celebrate their new added space. Kenneth Bokker, with First Security Bank, and his team fed everyone a tasty lunch of grilled hot dogs and chips, and we enjoyed all the beautiful plants and flowers.
