In every society, the ostracization of the incarcerated is a normative, one where these people are pushed to the margins, their voices hushed up and their stories untold. Therefore, I realize my mission by imparting various Skill Trainings to the prison inmates of West Bengal to create better livelihood opportunities for them post their release so that they may go back into the society as reformed individuals who are positively contributing to the society.
