TRANSCRIPT
Welcome to week 5.
I thought I would share this with you this week: This is a poem written by one of our Year 5 students (studying the use of similes in poetry)-
A SIMILE POEM
My Principal is like a snake chasing the bullies away
My Principal is like a busy bee flying around
She is like a beautiful princess in a castle
She is like a dog protecting her puppies
She is smart like Eddy Woo from Teenage Boss
My Principal is like a Ninja who does a lot of work
My Principal is like a glue stick who sticks by her students
My Principal is like a pen, she never stops writing and working.
What more can I say this week but thank you Shalia! Enjoy your week! Regards, Lyn Barnes Principal
