1- What according to you should be the basis of discussing quality in higher

education product / software? Justify your decision with argument?

If we look for the quality of the products, process or servises in higher

education we should to consider the user sutisfaction to those demonistions.

The user or the consumers are always who live with those aspects and get

confidens and satisfy toward them. So, the consumers are the people how give

the gudgments about the quality of the products or software in the intetution.

Howeve; we should always to consider the technical basis for the software or

the quality of the pruducts.

2- Justify at least 5 important characteristics of quality in higher education

according to your view and explain why you consider these to be important?

Performance:

I consider these christaristic as an important one because in all of the

demonization of higher education should be matured by how much preformed

to education and how much benefit learners to learn. The products should be

more performance to be used by learners. The performance of the services also

should be highly qualitative to help the students in general.

The feature of the Products or services:

We should always take in consideration that the more we focus on the feature

of the software that we use the more we explore the qualitative of these

products as well. Moreover, the services in higher education have its own

feature that make the consumer judge about the quality of it in the reality.

Reliability:

That mean in all the demonization’s in higher education if the products of

learning is reliable any time for the students that mean they will get the benefit

of the products without any problems. In case of the reliability of services, it is

very important for the consumer to get the services any time that they want

and that’s why we can judge about the service if it is reliable.

Serviceability:

The quality of the products it always depended on the type of service that give

to the consumers and also the services quality depends on the supporting

people in the institution.

Perceived Quality:

If the consumer can perceive the quality of the software or the service in the

institution that mean that can get confidence judge about the quality of this

products or services.

Flexibility:

The more flexible to use the software or any products in the institution the

more we can judge about the quality of it because it is flexible to all the

consumers in the institution.

3- What aspects are important according to you for quality assessment in the 3

sub-systems of a higher education institution?

Technical aspects:

Which are for the products or the software development.

Pedagogical aspects:

Which are for insuring the confidence of the consumers about the

products reliability and the services that presented in the instution.

Significance of Current Reality:

The current reality of an organization relates to the history, current

position, new quality processes, employee skill level and overall

proceedings within the organization. In case the current reality does not

seem favorable, the implementation of quality monitoring processes

must be delayed until the situation changes into one in which quality

processes are likely to succeed.
