1- Take up a problem in your institution that you consider is critical for assuring

quality. Organize a brainstorming session and record the idea?

Problem:

Most of the students in the Middle East College do not have the capability to

maintain and fix their personal laptop problems even if it a simple problem.

Most of the technicians in this college face the problem of fixing and repairing

staff and students laptops and that case more time for them to fix a lot of

computers on one day.

Causes:

There are many different causes for this problem and the following are the

important one:

1- Lack of technical skills for staff and students.

2- Lack of maintaining skills for staff and students.

3- Dependence on the technicians support.

4- Lack of workshops in case of maintaining computers.

Suggestion Idea:

This is some of the suggestions for this problem:

Make workshop for students and staff in the college

Developing maintaining skills.

Developing technical skills.

Awareness of the important of computer hardware.

Awareness of the important of computer software.

Advice students and staff to fix simple problem of the computer.
