LOCK REDESIGN FROM LA GARDLa Gard has redesigned their swing boltand dead bolt lock designs to meet orexceed VdS requirements. The solenoidlocking mechanism in both have beenreplaced with a motor. When the bolt isextended, the motor rotates a blockingelement into the path of the boltʼsmovement preventing the bolt frombeing retracted. When a valid combina-tion is entered, the motor rotates theblocking element out of the path of theboltʼs movement, allowing for boltretraction by either the dial or the con-tainerʼs boltworks.No dimensional or operational changeshave been made. Should it be necessary for you to cancel your registration, the following policy shall apply:All fees, except the $25.00 registration fee, will be refunded if you cancel prior to the start of class. Once class has begun, should it be nec-essary to cancel or dismiss a student, refunds will be based on the percentage of the course completed on the day of cancellation. Whenhalf of a course is completed, no refunds will be made. If not present the first day of class, and without notice of cancellation to MBA USA,Inc., you will forfeit all fees and deposits paid and will be billed for any unpaid balance.

MBA USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel courses as we determine necessary. Full refunds will be issued to students who have paid forcancelled courses. Any refunds will be made MBA USA, Inc. within 30 days.

Commonwealth of Kentucky Consumers Right of Cancellation• You may cancel this contract, without penalty or obligation, within 10 business days from the date you sign the contract.• You may also cancel this contract if, upon doctorʼs order, you cannot physically receive the services, or you may cancel the

contract if the services cease to be offered as stated in the contract. If you cancel this contract for either of these reasons, theseller, MBA USA, Inc. may keep only a portion of the tuition or contract price.

• MBA USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. You will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

I understand that MBAUSA, Inc. has the right to deny my application and that I may be investigated prior to acceptance. I confirm that I have never been convictedof any crime involving burglary, breaking and entering or robbery. All information obtained in these courses will only be used in my work in thesecurity industry. I accept the payment policies of MBA USA, Inc. and understand that a deposit and registration fee must be submitted withmy application.

MBA USA, Inc. has been approved since January 2008 to offerour 10-day GSA Certified Safe and Vault Technician course.GSA has now given us approval to conduct our GSA CertifiedSafe and Vault Technician Online Testing Program. This is anopportunity to gain GSA certification without attending thecourse in-house, saving travel expenses and time away fromwork. However, the series of online exams is NOT an onlinetraining course or a shortcut to certification. By signing up forthe online testing program, the enrollee is asserting theyalready have the knowledge and skills to pass the exam. The Sargent & Greenleaf model 2740 safe lock was designedto meet Federal Specification FF-L-2740 and is approved foruse in protecting our nationʼs classified materials. The manufac-turer requires that technicians successfully complete thisapproved training program to be listed in their 2740 recom-mended technician database.The course will provide instruction in the installation, setup, andprogramming of Sargent & Greenleaf model 2740 combinationlock. The course is concluded with a written test developed bythe manufacturer on which students must achieve a minimumscore of 80% to become a registered technician.
