1. (a) August 16th, 2014: Submission of Project Proposal [soft copy to Faculty Guide & MBA (EE) dept.]
(b) August 23rd, 2014: Feedback by the Faculty Guide

2. (a) October 4th , 2014: Submission of Intermediate Report (Soft Copy)
(b) October 11th, 2014: Feedback by the Faculty Guide
© October 18th, 2013: Presentation 1 – Intermediate Report (25 Marks)
(Literature Review, Data Analysis, Question & Answer & Presentation)(Submission of Hard Copy) (25 Marks)
3. (a) December 20th, 2014: Submission of Final Report (Soft Copy to Faculty Guide & MBA (EE) dept.)

(b) January 3rd, 2015: Submission of Final Report (Hard Copy) (25 Marks) & Presentation - Final Report (50 Marks)
Faculty Guide:
Every executive will be assigned to a Faculty Guide. The Faculty Guide will act as an evaluator, guide and advisor for executives assigned. The Faculty Guide will evaluate executives based on reports submitted by the executive as well as based on presentation by the executive. The Faculty Mentor might make visits to the project site (subject to feasibility of the trip) to assess the progress of the project.

Project Phases: Description and EvaluationThe evaluation will be done by the ‘Faculty Mentor’ as well as ‘by the Project panel (Specialization wise) based on parameters decided by the faculty council.
The detailed description of the different phases of evaluation is as follows:
1. Submission of Plan: August 16th , 2014[soft copy]
Each executive shall submit a Project Proposal within 1000 words to their faculty guide & PGP Office.
It should include the following:
i. Synopsis : A statement of about 500 words describing the projectii. Objectives: Stating what the project will accomplish and the value addition to the
companyiii. Limitations of the studyiv. Proposed Methodologyv. Schedule: A road-map of the entire project
vi. References: Initial list of bibliographic and internet materials that will be used to complete the project
Faculty mentor will evaluate the Project Proposal by August 23rd, 2014 and will submit their report to the student.Students need to submit the hard copy of the Project Proposal to the MBA (EE) office by 30 th
August, 2014.
Project will not be evaluated if any executive fails to submit the approved plan [hard copy] to the PGP office by the due date.
2. October 18th ,2014 : Presentation 1: Describing Literature Review & Data Analysis
A detailed report on Literature review & Data Analysis has to be submitted to the Faculty Guide & PGP office by October 4th, 2014. Faculty guide will send their feedback to the executives by 11th October 2014.
1st Presentation will be conducted on the report of Literature review & Data Analysis on October 18th, 2014.Students need to submit the hard copy of the Intermediate Report to the MBA (EE) office by 18th October, 2014.

3. (a) December 20th , 2014: Submission of Final Report (Soft Copy)
Final Report soft copy has to be submitted to PGP Office & to respective Faculty Guide. Faculty Guide will send their feedback to the executives by December 27th, 2014 to do necessary corrections in the final report before submitting the hard copy to the PGP Office.
(b) January 3rd , 2015: Submission of Final Report (Hard Copy) & Final Presentation
After all the correction made to the soft copy of the Final Report as per the feedback of the Faculty Guide, The Final Report (Hard Copy) has to be submitted to PGP Office on January 3rd , 2015.
The report should have below format:Times Roman, single space, 12 fonts, 1 inch margin all sides. (no page limit)
This comprehensive report should include
a) Executive Summary
Chapter 1
a) Introductionb) Relevant Literature Reviewed c) Objectives of the study
Chapter 2
a) Details of the methodology adopted and its usefulnessb) Logical flow of the Project, including adhering to the road-map c) Benefits to you as a student of managementd) Benefits to the organization
Chapter 3
a) Analysis of Data
Chapter 4
a) Findings and conclusion
