We will have our own personal tour guide who will show us the original, restored Cane Hill College, the Methodist Manse, the 1896 Edmiston House, the Cane Hill Museum, the original Drug Store, the Apple Orchard and other buildings being renovated. Our host will have doughnuts and coffee for us upon arrival. The museum is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization, so there is no charge for our tour, but donations are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. There are also items for sale in the museum gift shop. After our approximately two-hour tour of Cane Hill, we will caravan to Siloam Springs for lunch at the wonderful 28 Springs Restaurant. What: Road Trip to Historic Cane Hill, Arkansas Lunch at 28 Springs, Siloam Springs When: Saturday, June 22, 2019 – 8:15 a.m. Depart: Fayetteville Sam’s Club parking lot next to the gas station off Hwy. 112. Cars, Coffee and Donuts is a relaxed social event to network,

share stories and driving adventures in a warm environment

where everyone is welcome. This is a great opportunity for the

Mercedes-Benz Ozark Section to showcase our vehicles and

promote the Section. Events take place the 1st Sunday of every month at Krispy

The Red River Concours d’Elegance South Central Region Event Has Been Rescheduled For

June 28-30, 2019

Event Overview:

The Red River Concours d’Elegance is an all-Mercedes car show sponsored by the South Central Region of the Mercedes Benz Club of America (MBCA). The event is rescheduled to take place at the Dallas/Ft. Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle, June 28-30, 2019. MBCA members of the South Central Region are invited to enter their car(s) in a Judged Concours, Silver Star Preservation Class, and a Special Display Corral for other Mercedes sedans and coupes. Guests are encouraged to arrive Friday and stay through the weekend in order to fully enjoy this unique opportunity. Festivities begin early on Saturday, June 29 and will include the car show, an afternoon/pre-dinner reception, auctions*, and a special awards dinner program. There is a block of rooms reserved for the South Central Mercedes Region.

Registration Requirements:

Please enter your car(s) in the show and finalize dinner arrangements by completing the attached registration form. Hotel reservations must be made individually through Marriott reservations staff at the following link: 2019 Red River Concours @ DFW Marriott Hotel & Golf Club https://www.marriott.com/meeting-event-hotels/group-corporate-travel/gro... .Rooms and dinner reservations are available on a first come basis; therefore, everyone is encouraged to finalize arrangements as soon as possible. *Auction proceeds & donations will be given to Folds of Honor (FOH). This is a nonprofit organization founded by Major Dan Rooney, a PGA Professional & F-16 fighter pilot in the Air Force Reserves. FOH is a four-star rated charity by Charity Navigator and platinum on Guide Star, that provides educational scholarships to the families of military men and women who have fallen or been disabled while on active duty in the United States armed forces. Scholarships support private educational tuition and tutoring for children in grades K-12, as well as higher education tuition assistance for spouses and dependents. Since 2007, FOH has carried forth this singular, noble mission - To provide educational scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled servicemembers. Their motto says it best: “Honor Their Sacrifice. Educate Their Legacy.” (Additional information is available @ https://www.foldsofhonor.org). Make plans to join us in Ft. Worth, Texas June 28-30, 2019, for the Red River Concours d’Elegance! Currently, several members from the Ozark Section are registered to attend this event. There are no plans to caravan and we will meet at the hotel. The registration deadline has been changed to June 15 if you would like to attend.

Eureka Springs Fifth Annual Ozark Euro Rally

August 24. 2019

All German Car Show

Eureka Springs, Arkansas will host their 5th annual Ozark Euro Rally for all German cars on

Saturday, August 24, 2019. This will be the August event for the Ozark Section. Pre-registration

will get you a T-shirt and goodie bag to be picked up the morning of the event. There are no

classes and no competition! This is a show for enthusiasts who love to show off their vehicles,

regardless of how it looks, and the comradery that owning a German car brings! There will be

trophies given out this year, participants will be picking out the winners!

I have been in touch with Elizabeth Wintercom, with the Ozark Euro Rally, and she is excited to

have the Ozark Mercedes Section participating this year. Let’s have a great turn out, and show

off our beautiful Mercedes!!!
