Mercedes-Benz Financial will soon become Mercedes-Benz Financial Services.Effective November 15, 2010, Mercedes-Benz Financial will have a new name—Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. In addition, our current legal name will change from DCFS USA LLC to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC. Changing both our legal and “doing business as” names enables us to meet certain state level requirements while helping us create greater consistency with our legal entity and global branding.

Our goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible for our dealerships. We have included a number of updated business documents in this package for your convenience. (All electronic forms and correspondence will be changed effective November 15.) To ensure your dealership is prepared, you will need to make just a few simple adjustments:
