CDG would like to build a function that allows Completed or Canceled sessions to be set back to Incomplete, with these limitations:
Must be the most recent completed session.No billing must have occurred since the session was last touched.SAM and external party considerations will need to be addressed manually, as needed.

CDG is exploring two methods of generating an “on-demand” bill, to satisfy the various requirements we’ve heard from our customers.
From MBS: We plan to create a function to generate a bill-like statement that will include: balance information, unbilled payments, adjustments, non-recurring and prorate charges, and taxes – this statement can be used to help a new user understand their first bill.From Cash Drawer: We are looking at using Cash Drawer to generate a one-time invoice, and show that invoice and balance in MBS and E-Care – paying that invoice would complete the Cash Drawer transaction.
