General contractor to stake sign location(s), establish final grade requirements and determine the sign orientation on the property, prior to excavation. 2. General contractor to excavate directional foundations, set anchor bolts and conduit per template included with plate & bolt kit. Pour concrete according to engineered drawing specifications . 3. Uncrate and inspect sign & faces (faces packaged separately). Notify Persona of any damage. 4. Place leveling nuts & washers on anchor bolts (see anchor bolt detail) and level temporarily for final adjustment later. 5. Feed primary electrical wires up through the base column and plates. 6. Feed primary electrical wires through the hole in bottom of sign frame and bolt sign to matching plate on support column. Tie a strain relief knot in the primary wires within the sign frame to prevent wires from falling back and to prevent poor connections. 7. If authorized to do so, make final electrical connections to primary power. Shorten wires prior to making final connections to avoid excess wires shadowing on the faces when illuminated. Test light for proper illumination. 8. Install directional faces with graphics as required for each specified location. 9. Re-check sign for level, make final adjustments, and tighten nuts on anchor bolts. 10. Touch up any paint on sign, bolts or structure as required. 11. Clean area. Remove excess soil & discard installation debris off-premise.
