Due to this fact, our Leadership team, your Leadership team is focusing in on not just hospitality, but how a Brand Ambassador of McDonald’s would show hospitable customer service to any and all customers. There are many aspects that go into creating a visit that is both excellent in customer service and hospitality but there are a few factors that will ensure you go the extra mile. Everything from the way you greet the customer, to your smile, body language, and appearance can affect our customer’s visit to your restaurant. We started with the service team and have now received all materials necessary for our kitchens to do the same with proper training on grill slip placement and order accuracy. Special sandwiches are a huge opportunity for us to “Get It Right” and show our dedication to customer satisfaction. Let’s continue to coach all crew on the importance of Ask, Ask Tell and how it really has had a positive effect on our customers and meeting their expectations.
