MCDONALD’S OF GAINESVILLE 10 Locations ~ Over 30 Years of Experience
McDonald’s of Gainesville has always been and will forever be focused on our customers and serving the Gainesville community. Due to this fact, our Leadership team, your Leadership team is focusing in on not just hospitality, but how a Brand Ambassador of McDonald’s would show hospitable customer service to any and all customers.
There are many aspects that go into creating a visit that is both excellent in customer service and hospitality but there are a few factors that will ensure you go the extra mile. Everything from the way you greet the customer, to your smile, body language, and appearance can affect our customer’s visit to your restaurant. To show our dedication to ensuring that hospitality remains a primary focus, shops will be taking place in the coming months in which hospitality will be observed and graded, as we’re committed to delivering the McDonald’s Brand Promise:
“Provide simple, easy enjoyment by creating a food experience that is effortless, delightful, and differentiates
McDonald’s in a way that people will love.”
Crew Satisfaction + QSC&V = McDonald’s Brand Promise [Quality; Service; Cleanliness & Value]
Hospitality Focus “If you work just for money, you’ll NEVER make it, but if you love what you’re doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours.” – Ray Kroc; Founder of McDonald’s
McDonald’s of Gainesville: Ask, Ask, Tell Update
McDonald’s of Gainesville has been dedicated to ensuring all our stores are making Ask, Ask, Tell an everyday practice in all of our stores. We started with the service team and have now received all materials necessary for our kitchens to do the same with proper training on grill slip placement and order accuracy. Special sandwiches are a huge opportunity for us to “Get It Right” and show our dedication to customer satisfaction. Let’s continue to coach all crew on the importance of Ask, Ask Tell and how it really has had a positive effect on our customers and meeting their expectations.
