• By using the SWOT analysis, strength of the company shows the capabilities of the company.

• Closely prescribed system, operating internationally established rules and procedures for preparing, storing and selling food.

• It is efficient and productive; and it has stayed ahead of its competitors by being innovative and looking for new opportunities.

• Although it relies heavily on its supplier for fresh food; again, arrangements are carefully planned, monitored and controlled. The in-store systems for cooking and running branches are very tight, to ensure that products and service standards are the same worldwide.
