Vision and how they are going to achieve it?

The McGrath Foundation’s vision is:“To ensure every family in Australia experiencing breast cancer has access to optimal care and support and has the highest knowledge about it”.

They achieve their vision by getting donations from people all over Australia and hosting fundraisers to get money to employ Care Nurses all over Australia.

There are many ways to help the McGrath foundation. Be it by hosting your own community event to fundraise, volunteering, making a donation, making a bequest in your will or involving your organization as a Cooperate friend.

How we can support the foundation?

The McGrath foundation provide breast care nurses all over Australia for women fighting breast cancer. They also have fundraisers to help raise money to employ the breast care nurses.

The McGrath foundation Care Nurses work all over Australia to help women with breast cancer and their family’s.

Who they work with and where do they work?

Jane McGrath was only 31 when she was diagnosed with Breast cancer. As a result of this experience, Jane had a passionate belief that all women suffering from Breast Cancer can survive. Before she died, Jane and Glenn (husband) made the McGrath foundation to increase the number of Breast Care Nurses across the country and increase Breast Care awareness. In 2008 Jane sadly died fighting Cancer, but the McGrath foundation keeps on.
