MeganWelling(PSEG)statedPSEGwasanewmembertotheMissUtilitysystemwith8milesofgaspipeintheCharlesCountyareathatwillgoliveinOctober.Meganaskedcontractlocatingcompaniesintheroomtocontactherdirectlyiftheywereinterestedintalkingaboutcontractlocatingforthisnewpipe.Interestedpartiesweretomeetwithherafterthemeeting.
Variousticketprocessingandworksitematterswerediscussedamongstthecommittee;discrepancynotices,utilitydepth,workingunderaprime’sticket,useofextentofwork[ieldandupdatetickets.
NEWBUSINESSPatBurke(FergusonWaterworks)inquiredifMissUtilityofferedseminarsforcontinuingeducationcerti[ication.PatiswillingtoworkwiththeDPCtoextendtheirtrainingefforts.Thecommitteewillreviewthisofferinconsiderationwithotherpartnersofferingtrainingatthislevel,understandingthatallMissUtilitytrainingifofferedatnocosttoattendees.
