Study Sessions
The BOE held two February study sessions regarding the
status of Measure E funding
The COC representatives in attendance gained better
insight into the financial constraints that Measure E faces
We also learned that financial schedules presented to us by
the District continue to be out of date and/or present a
different picture (e.g., BHHS budget is still shows as $178
million)
3
Requests Sent to District – 2/20/15
Revised by-campus allocation of the $334 million and
reasons for the changes. (For example, the Audit Committee
schedules show the BHHS budget to be $178.5 million vs.
$195-$210 million).
Reconciliation of projected Measure E cash balance of $13
million as of 6/30/16 to the February 2015 Audit Committee
schedule which shows $1.8 million left after completion of
Horace Mann and other encumbered items.
