Ingredients : Rajgira , Shabudana(sago), Bhagar , (Sama/Vari Rice), Jeera
Recipe : Mix 2 small Potatoes (Boiled and Mashed ), 1 table spoon peanut
powder ,salt to taste, Green chilly powder(as per taste) into “sankul Upwas
Bhajni ’’ and water and buttermilk and mix well Knead the dough &keep it
aside for 5 minutes. take a small portion of dough & roll it on ghee smeared
pan . Heat & roast till Golden Brown . Enjoy Sankul Bhajni Thalipith with Butter
or Curd.

Heat 1/4 cup Ghee in a pan “ Add Sankul Shingada Flour” to it and stir on a
medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes or it turn light brown. after roasting flour add
dry dates powder add coconut powder (if you like) . saute 1 to 2 minute and
remove from the heat . add sugar (as per taste)& cardamom powder while
flour is hot mix well and make laddus . you can make bahjiya by adding green
chilly paste, salt as per taste with water to “sankul shingada pith”. mox well and
fry. you may try shingada Shira, Dhokla Etc with Sankul Shingada Flour.
