Mechanical Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering work with many different kinds of machines that produce, transmit, or use power. The salary is ranging at about 52,000-73,000 dollars a year depending on what you do.

Education

• The programs typically take four to five years of study and result in a Bachelor Degree: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng), or Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) degree, with emphasis in mechanical engineering.

Clothing• I don’t know exactly what you’d wear on the job but I say just the normal things for engineer working.

Hours Worked

• The hours in Mechanical Engineering can be quite a bit. You can only work for about 40 hours a week Mon-Fri. Depending on what your doing some workers work 10 hours a day Mon-Thurs & take Friday off!
