Customer Insight and SegmentationMECOMS™ 2012 greatly improves the business insight into customers and customer segments. Each customer is continuously valuated by scoring events (payment, complaints, loyalty,...). These scores can be used as heuristics in automated processes, such as credit management. It also contains a framework for direct Smart Metering readings.
