I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body take the following action in order tobalance the Fiscal 2007-2008 budget:
Reduce Budget Line #010-433-5293, Waste Disposal by $350,000 to atotal of $4,187,000.
This reduction is the result of a re-negotiation of the existing Waste Management contract. A copy ofthe new schedule will be forwarded once the contractual amendment is executed.
