    Council President Robert A. Maiocco called the Thirtieth Regular Meeting of the MedfordCity Council to order at 7:00 P.M., at the Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium, MedfordCity Hall.

    Locust Street and Mystic Valley Parkway (Freedom Way), No. 15525533-National Grid toinstall approximately 600 feet of conduit with underground wire to new electrical service

    located at 3780 Mystic Valley Parkway

    Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it be permission toexcavate the public highways and to run and maintain underground electric conduits together withsuch sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may find necessary for the transmission of electricity.Said underground conduits to be located substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewithmarked Locust St & Freedom Way-Medford MA.

    can proceed for thwi th provided that the fo l lowing requi rements at a min imum are met:

    Any disturbed cement conc rete sidewalk that is not being replaced by the pro ject must bereplaced in kind from back of s idewalk to curb-no asphal t s idewalk is al lowed

    The Four uti l i ty poles remov ed in their entirety

    Before beginn ing work the contractor shal l not i fy Dig Safe and shal l obta in appl icab le permi ts from t he

    Engineering Division . The contractor s hal l comp lete al l restoration in acco rdance with City of Medford

    regulat ions and standards as wel l as for removing al l debr is re lated to i ts w ork. Approv ed - Supt. of Wires
