Be It Resolved that the Medford City Council offers its sincere condolences to the family ofJohn H. Jake Keating, retired Medford Police Chief, Medford City Councillor, and Navyveteran on his recent passing.
13-671-Offered by Councillor CamusoBe It Resolved that the city looks into installing a sprinkler park in one of our parks for theenjoyment of Medford families. These parks have become very popular in surroundingcommunities.

Medford Farmers Market for their great work this season. The two organizations havemade our Square come alive on Thursdays which has been a benefit to all Medfordresidents, families, businesses and the community as a whole.

Dear Mr. President and City Councillors:
I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body appropriate $160,900 from theSale of Lots and Graves Account to the Cemetery Department Salary Account. This recommendedappropriation is requested in accordance with Page 40 of the Fiscal 2014 budget. The CemeteryDepartment Salary account is reduced each year in anticipation of an appropriation from Sales ofLots and Graves.
In addition, I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body appropriate $165,495from Perpetual Care to the Cemetery Department Expense budget. This recommendedappropriation is requested in accordance with Page 41 of the Fiscal 2014 budget. The CemeteryExpense budget is reduced each year in anticipation of an appropriation from Perpetual Care.
