Details of services offered in the Media Pack and the terms & conditions of this Booking Form may be changed without notification by UWSU. Payment must be sent in advance with this Booking Form, unless otherwise agreed. UWSU reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking without prejudice. Please ensure any promotional materials are sent to arrive prior to the commencement of any services booked - UWSU will take no responsibility or make refunds due to delayed or lost post. Bookings may only be cancelled provided written confirmation is received within 7 days prior to the commencement of the service. Where to find us Follow signs to Wolverhampton ‘Town Centre’ & ‘University/University South’. Unfortunately, there is no designated parking for visitors, therefore please us public parking. (You may temporarily enter the University property for loading purposes only via its Stafford Street entrance – unauthorised parking will lead to vehicles being clamped.) There are two walk-in-only entrances into the University – (i) ‘front’ via Wulfruna Street & (ii) ‘back’ via Stafford Street. The Students’ Union is located in the MD Building. You must immediately report to the Student’s Union’s ‘Information Point’ for registration & a ‘visitor ID’ for your visit.
