What is TAI 2019?TAI is CIH Cymru’s annual flagship event and widely regarded as the arena where the Welsh housing world unites to network, learn and debate the major issues and challenges facing the sector. Featuring the largest housing exhibition in Wales, we are pleased to reveal a brand new floorplan for 2019. Held at the Sophia Gardens, the venue offers exhibitors the chance to connect with key people in a friendly environment. The exhibition hall is central to the conference encouraging maximum footfall for our exhibitors, and by including a variety of events, sessions and focal points, as well as serving all refreshments within this area, we are able to ensure maximum exposure.

What’s new at TAI 2019TAI 2019 will see a refreshed format, new features and a new exhibition layout. We are moving to a two day conference, with more content aimed at a diverse audience working at all levels in the housing sector in Wales.The main conference programme will be dynamic and interactive, focusing on a range of key topics. On day one of the conference we will be incorporating our popular Housing Festival event. Breaking from the traditional conference format, the Housing Festival will feature interactive and dynamic sessions, aimed at appealing to frontline staff and the future of housing leadership.Due to continued demand we will see the return of our development seminar, sponsored by Lovell, on day two of the event. The event is aimed at senior leaders, development and asset managers.
